We know a lot of you have been waiting for information on our annual Angel Tree program. This year will be different (2020, y'all!) so here's what you need to know:
We're hosting a Mega Drive for donations in the below categories. If you can donate any (or all!) of the below items it would be greatly appreciated. Please share this with family and friends - maybe in lieu of your annual gift exchange or white elephant party you can support our fellow Dragons.

Grains - Look for grains that are whole grain or 100% whole wheat. Ideally these items will list whole grains or whole wheat as the first ingredient on the ingredient list.
Whole grain pasta
Whole grain/high fiber cereal
Brown rice
Quinoa
Oatmeal
Fruits and Vegetables - Opt for fruit canned in its own juice/no sugar added and vegetables with low sodium/no salt added.
Canned fruits/vegetables
Fruit cups
100% fruit juice
100% vegetable juice
Protein - Aim for low sodium/no salt added options.
Canned chicken or fish
Peanut butter
Canned beans
Canned chili or stew
Throw in some spices! Salt, garlic powder, pepper, oregano etc.
